Shipping
All orders are shipped within two days of purchase, depending on credit card validation. Depending on where you live delivery can take from 2 days to 14 days (except during certain times such as Christmas which can increase the delivery time). All shipping is done by first class mail, if you wish a product to be express delivered to your delivery address please let us know on the checkout page under " Special instructions" and we will contact you with a price. Please bear in mind that express courier services are a lot more expensive than traditional mail. All shipping is subject to our conditions of use. To see how much an item will cost in shipping just add it to your cart and then select estimate shipping for a quote.
Returns Policy
With a valid receipt, we are happy to refund or exchange your tagged, unworn/unused purchase if you return your purchase within 14 days. We adopt a no hassle policy to products with a manufacturing defect. There is no return or exchange on sale items (this does not effect your statutory rights).
With a valid receipt an exchange or credit note may be offered on tagged, unworn/unused purchases if you return your purchase within 28 days. There is no return or exchange on sale items (this does not effect your statutory rights) .
Tax
All product prices are shown on the website including Irish Tax (VAT) which is 21.5%. This tax is only charged on products delivered within the European Union. For all deliveries to countries outside of the EU this tax will be deducted at checkout.
